** 注意点！　また、カード払いの場合は佐川急便のE-コレクトサービスを利用しますので、普段当店が利用している運送会社の送料とことなりますのでご注意下さい。　最近佐川急便はグーント値上がりして、送先により、通常の送料プラス6,000から1万円位かかります。**

Any of the following credit cards can be used for your purchase. Simply have your card ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery agent can make the necessary arrangements with you at that time for either a one time payment or payment by installments. An additional 4% of the board price + consumption tax + shipping will be charged for credit card purchases. 

**A word of CAUTION.  In the event of credit card purchase, we are forced to use Sagawa Kyu-bin Delivery Service as our courrier.  Unfortunately, this company has recently sky rocketted their delivery fees.  Customer therefore will be charged an additional 6~10,000 Yen (approximate) on delivery, depending on your location.  Believe me, it's better to pay Cash on Delivery or even better, by bank transfer, as we receive our money sooner and you pay less in C.O.D. charges.

You can pay by bank transfer, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) or by Credit Card**. A handling fee of ￥1,880 will be charged for C.O.D. orders. A￥1,880 (C.O.D. Charge) + a 4% surcharge (of the total cost, merchandise+tax+additional shipping**) will be added to Credit Card C.O.D. payments. Click on the e-Collect icon for Credit Card payment details in English.

2. 現金引換

現金引換をお選びになった場合、サーフボードを届けていただいた、佐川急便のドライバーに支払いをお願いします。代金引き手数料は1,880円頂きます。

3. E－コレクト　クレジット　カード

クレジット　カードでの支払いの場合、同じくサーフボードを届けていただいた、佐川急便のドライバーにカードで支払いをお願いします。クレジットカードでの支払いの場合、合計金額(商品＋税＋送料)の4％のカード手数料＋代金引き手数料の1,880円がかかりますので、ご了承下さい。　注意点！

大ニュース！　2007年9月から運送会社が変わりました。そこで、どのボード、日本列島どこでも運送料はズバリ2,500円！沖縄や島々までは別料金がつきます。場所によりプラス2,000～５，０００円となります。

Great News!  We've switched shipping companies and can now offer you shipping at 2,500 Yen on any size board within the four main islands of Japan, (Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku).  Boards being shipped outside the four main islands of Japan will incure additional shipping charges.  We will email you details upon request.  Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.　Okinawa and other off shore islands will incure an additional 2,000~5,000Yen, depending on the location.

通常ならば、当社で注文をメールでお受けしてから、24時間以内に品物を発送いたします。 

Under normal circumstances, your board will be shipped out within 24 hours after confirming your order by email.

品物発送後のキャンセルはお断りしておりますので、ご了承ください。　発送後のキャンセルの場合、往復送料とキャンセル手数料として、１０，０００円のキャンセル料をいただきます。

当然のことですが、注文は自己の責任において行ってください。

Once an order has been shipped out, Destiny Japan WILL NOT HONOR CANCELLATIONS for that particular order. In the event a customer cancels an order after the order has left our warehouse, a re-stocking fee of 10,000 Yen will be charged to the customer to cover return shipping and re-stocking charges. Canceling an order is considered out of line with online etiquette and should be avoided at all costs.

Destiny Online Surf Shop can not accommodate walk in customers or board pick ups. All boards are sent directly to the customer from our distribution center.

在庫があれば、当サイトからボードを購入されたお客様にはディスカウントでリーシュ、ボードケースなどが注文できます。　ボードを注文される時、問合せページに表示されているメールアドレスまでさらに購入されたいセットや備品を注文して下さい。　確認のメールをこちらから送ります。なお、リーシュ、ケースや他のアクセサリは品切れの場合もありますので、ご両所下さい。

Leashes, board cases and some other items are SOMETIMES made available to you when you purchase a surfboard from this site. To order your additional items at reduced prices, simply send an email to the EMAIL link on the Contact page after sending in your order form. You will receive email confirmation regarding your specially ordered items.  Please note that we only carry a limited stock of accessory items.
